ProfitShare Partners has partnered with Coca Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) to provide quick access to funding for SMEs in its supply chain, where traditional funders are unwilling to fund.

CCBSA hosted more than 1,000 delegates at its Supplier Development Conference recently, which included 750 SME businesses. The company announced its commitment to divert R3.9 billion in procurement spend to black-owned and women-owned businesses over the next three years to encourage a more inclusive supply chain ecosystem.

The event line-up was exciting and engaging, with participation from industry leaders that included the DTI, executives of CCBSA, Concor Construction, SAB, Imperial Logistics and AfriSam, as well as inspiring entrepreneur-led small and medium enterprises. ProfitShare Partners also played an integral role on the programme.

Andrew Maren, CEO of ProfitShare Partners, was on the panel discussion: ‘Common mistakes SMEs make when applying for ESD funding’ at the CCBSA Supplier Development Conference 2018.

ProfitShare Partners is proud to contribute to this drive that will undoubtedly create immense economic and social impact for small businesses.
