Terms and Conditions

1. To be entered into the survey draw, participants must:
   1.1    Click on the survey link provided in the email 
   1.2    Complete the survey
   1.3    Answer all questions (compulsory) and complete all mandatory fields
2. 4. The survey commences on 07 November 2022 at 08:00 am (CAT) and close on 10 November  2022 at 00:00 am (CAT).
3. By participating in the survey, the first 3 clients who complete the survey stand a chance to win a Gift Card valued at R1000.  The Gift Cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions set out by the Retailer.  The winner shall email a valid proof of identification when redeeming the prize.  
4. 4.1    Winners will be contacted telephonically 
   4.2    The Gift Card will be included in the winner notification email   
5. The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into. 
6. The prize is exclusively for the winner and is not non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
7. If a winner does not successfully claim their prize within 30 days after the draw, ProfitShare Partners reserves the right to disqualify such winner and elect another winner in his or her stead. 
8. 8.1    To claim the prize the winner will receive a card shipped to their provided address. The Winner will be required to produce their valid identification or driver’s licence upon collection
9. By participating in the survey, the participant agrees to indemnify ProfitShare Partners and release and hold ProfitShare Partners harmless against any losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with this survey or resulting from acceptance and participation in the survey including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage and claims based on defamation or invasion of privacy.
