Disruptive SME Fintech player, ProfitShare Partners adds Happy Masondo to their Board

Disruptive and innovative Fintech player, ProfitShare Partners, is pleased to welcome Ms Happy Masondo as its newest non-executive director of the board, effective November 2019. 

Masondo, a former director at Werksmans Inc where she was the Head of the Technology Practice, has also advised various entities on corporate mergers and acquisitions in Africa. She is an astute legal executive with extensive experience in, and knowledge of, corporate governance and corporate law. She holds two Master of Laws degrees, conferred by the University of Witwatersrand and Duke University School of Law.  

She serves, and has served, on a number of boards for several large organisations in both the financial services and insurance sectors.
