ProfitShare Partners recently concluded a transaction funding deal with Pele Green Energy for a renewable energy power plant in the Western Cape.
Our client is an independent power producer who responds to sustainable energy solutions by developing, owning and constructing renewable energy power plants. This is the first operating power plant that disperses energy from the sun, supplying 36MW of power, which is sufficient to power up to 23,000 households.
Pele Green Energy is involved in a number of green energy projects that produce electricity through renewable sources of power. We are proud to have facilitated a deal that could enable Pele Green Energy to deliver a sustainable energy solution.
